2022 - 2023 Enrollment Information

Dear Parents of a Prospective Clover Elementary Student for the year 2022-23,


We are actively enrolling students for the 2022-23 school year. Your child will be eligible for TK (Transitional Kindergarten) for the 22-23 school year, if your child turns five between Sept 2 and February 2. We are also enrolling students in grades K – 5 for the 2022-23 school year with this same process.


We will be enrolling both resident and non-resident applicants.

Please follow the directions below for resident and non-resident applicants.



As a neighborhood school, the first priority in admissions is given to students who live in our attendance area in the Palms community of Los Angeles.  To find out if you are in our attendance area for enrollment, please go to http://rsi.lausd.net/ResidentSchoolIdentifier


If you are in our attendance area and are a resident applicant, you may start your pre-enrollment now through this site https://enroll.lausd.net/


(Please be sure to upload all required documents for proof of residence, proof of age of minor, parent/guardian/educational rights holder/caregiver (“parent”) identification, and proof of all immunizations.  Please note that Clover Elementary requires two documents for proof of residency)

We are excited by the prospect of enrolling non-resident applicants who will join our Clover Family!  Non-resident applicants begin with signing up on our wait-list through this google form https://forms.gle/CAWaugr6dsnx9eXe7

For those who live outside our boundaries, we accept permit applications.  The following link contains information on intra-district permits and criteria https://bit.ly/3oEDeQA

Please be sure to follow these steps below:

  • Sign up on the wait-list for Clover Elementary School through this link

  • You do not need to submit your permit application until after we interview you and clarify permit requirements.

  • We will work through the wait-list and begin interviewing non-resident applicant families in spring of 2022.

  • Once we interview you and confirm a space for you, you will then be required to bring permit documentations and you will be given an enrollment packet to complete.
