OTHER SCHOOL INFORMATION
MONDAY MORNING ASSEMBLY:
Parents are welcome to stay for our 8:10AM Monday morning school wide assembly where the principal and parent leaders encourage the children, make announcements and give out awards. Parents have five minutes to exit campus right after assembly.
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:
At the beginning of the school year children have been given a temporary room assignment. In the event that his/her room assignment must be changed, please help your child to understand. After adjustments have been made due to changes in enrollment, children will, for the most part, remain in the same class all year. Changes are expected to be completed by Norm Day (early September).
FEDERAL LUNCH AND BREAKFAST INFORMATION:
Breakfast and lunch are free at Clover for the 2022-2023 school year for all students regardless of eligibility for the federal free meal program.
Breakfast is available 7:40am-8:10am every morning in the cafeteria. Lunch is available at the cafeteria during lunch hour. Menus are available here: https://achieve.lausd.net/Page/11718
Filling out the application for federal free meal programs is not a requirement, but completing an application could make your child(ren) eligible for future Pandemic-EBT benefits and may help provide funding for programs at our school. COMMUNICATION:
Open communication is an essential component of a successful school. Please go to the website regularly for updated calendar and information.
In addition, Email notices, flyers and phone calls using our school communication system are sent throughout the year to keep parents informed of surveys, elections, meetings, special events, holidays or important information as it occurs. Classroom teachers & volunteer room parents may also send emails to inform parents of classroom specific information.
Clover Council, Principal's Open Forum, Booster & ELAC meetings are open public meetings held throughout the year to set academic achievement goals, plan budget, inform, and to promote open dialogue & brainstorm. There are both day and evening meetings posted on the School Website Calendar and on Clover Calendar-At-A-Glance. Zoom links are available by clicking of the respective icon on our homepage. The date and time for parent meetings and officer elections will also be sent out via E-mail. If you miss a meeting you may request to view the zoom audio/video recording and/or meeting minutes.
